With three separate dining areas including Temperance Restaurant (Best Regional Restaurant 2024) and a large kitchen team, we offer excellent career development opportunities, full-time and casual positions with work-life balance.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our back of house team and work explicitly within our kitchen. This role could see you responsible for creating meals ranging from our outstanding counter meals in the Main Bar, high-end Nanya Bistro dishes, to being a part of the Temperance Restaurant experience. Active and passionate individuals will thrive in this environment within a team that prides themselves on fast and efficient service.
We are looking for friendly staff with a positive attitude to join our team, working over a 7-day roster with various shifts available. Full time, salaried, casual and apprentice positions available for the right candidates. Experience in a busy kitchen is preferred but not essential.
