cancellation Policy

Reservations of 20 people or more will require a credit card attached to their booking to secure their table.

CANCELLATION FEE IS $10 PER PERSON

Once a reservation has been made a link will be sent via SMS message or email for credit card details to be entered. Your reservation is pending until your card details are uploaded.

NOTHING is charged to your card unless:

• Last minute cancellation less than 2 hours before service starts (5:30pm)

• Cancellation without notice to venue.

• Dramatic decrease in confirmed numbers (8 or more missing guests)

Booking numbers can be altered up to 2 hours before the start of service (5:30pm)

Cancellation charges are at the discretion of Hotel Management
